2. What data AlertWatch collects

AlertWatch is a self-hosted application. We do not collect or transmit your security data. All alert data, agent data, and compliance data queried by AlertWatch stays within your own infrastructure (your OpenSearch instance).

When you contact us or purchase a license, we collect:

• Name and email address
• Company name (optional)
• Payment information (processed by Stripe — we do not store card data)

3. How we use your data

• To respond to inquiries and deliver purchased licenses
• To send renewal reminders for active licenses
• We do not sell or share your data with third parties

4. Website analytics

This website does not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics. No personal data is collected from website visitors.

5. Live demo

The live demo at demo.alertwatch.tech is loaded with synthetic and anonymized security data. Do not enter personal or sensitive information into the demo environment.

6. Data retention

Contact and license records are retained for the duration of the license plus 2 years for accounting purposes. You may request deletion at any time by emailing hello@alertwatch.tech.

7. Changes to this policy

We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made. Material changes will be communicated to active license holders by email.
